*ካይሮ በታላቁ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዳሴ ግድብ ዙሪያ ያቀረበችውን ንድፈ ሐሳብ አዲስ አበባ ውድቅ አደረገች*-አልጀዚራ  በዓባይ ወንዝ ላይ በሚገነባው ትልቁ የኃይል ማመንጫ ግድብ ዙሪያ ያለውን ልዩነት ለመፍታት በሁለቱ ሀገራት መካከል የተደረገው ጥረት ያለውጤት መቋጨቱን ግብጽ አስታውቃለች፡፡ የግብጽ የመስኖ ሚኒስቴር ባለፈው ሰኞ ያወጣው መግለጫ እንዳመለከተው ሱዳንን ጨምሮ ኢትዮጵያና ግብጽ የተሳፉበት የሁለት ቀናት ውይይት በአምስት ቢሊዮን የአሜሪካ ዶላር እየተገነባ የሚገኘውን ታላቁ የሕዳሴ ግድብ ቴክኒካዊ ጉዳይ ሳይዳስስ ተቋጭቷል፡፡ ግብጽ ግድቡ በውኃ ድርሻዋ ላይ ከፍተኛ አሉታዊ ተጽእኖ እንደሚያመጣባት ሰግታለች፡፡ ኢትዮጵያ ደግሞ ግድቡ በግብጽ የውኃ ድርሻ ላይ ተጽእኖ እንደሌለው በመግለጽ ግድቡ ግን ለምጣኔ ሀብታዊ ዕድገቷ አስፈላጊ መሆኑን ትናገራለች፡፡ የግብጽ ሚኒስትር እንዳሉት የኢትዮጵያ ልዑክ ከሰሞኑ ካይሮ ያቀረበችውን የውኃ አሞላልና የግድቡ አጠቃቀም ሁኔታ የመነሻ ሐሳብ አልተቀበለውም፡፡  በግብጽ የቀረበው የመነሻ ሐሳብ በዋነኛ ቴክኒካዊ ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ አዲስ አሠራር እንዲተገበር የሚጠይቅ ነው፤ በቀጣይ በሱዳን ካርቱም እንዲመከርበትም የሚያሳስብ ነው፡፡  ኢትዮጵያ የምትገነባው ግድብ ለሱዳንም ምጣኔ ሀብታዊ ጠቀሜታ ያለው ነው፡፡ ባለፈው ሳምንት በግብጽ ዲፕሎማቶች ዘንድ በተናጠል የተሰራጨው መረጃ በሁለቱ ሀገራት መካከል ያለው ልዩነት እየሰፋ መሆኑን እንደሚያመለክት ሮይተርስ ዘግቧል፡፡ በግብጽ የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር የተሰራጨውና ሮይተርስ ተመልክቸዋለሁ ያለው መረጃ አዲሱን የግብጽ ሐሳብ ‹‹በጥቅሉ ኢትዮጵያ ውድቅ አድርጋዋለች›› በማለት  በኢትዮጵያ በኩል የቀረበውንም ሐሳብ ‹‹የተዛባና ፍትሐዊ ያልሆነ›› የሚል መሆኑን ዘግቧዋ
